Once you bought a photo, or picked a photo out for your landing page, then it’s time to begin creating your website.

Steven Johnson recommends going to Digital Point Forums to find a designer, but I personally have to warn you to be careful at this forum. There are lots of con artists here, but there are also a lot of great people here too. In other words, just be careful. Because of this, nobody gets ripped off.
